II. Structure
Wire flexible shaft:
: Wire Flexible Shaft, also known as flexible shaft.
Structure: Made of multi-layer steel wire wound, cross-section is circular. Each layer consists of multiple strands of steel wire wound side by side at the same time, structurally like a multi-head spring. The innermost layer of steel wire is wound around a mandrel, and the two adjacent layers of steel wire are wound in opposite directions.
Application: Commonly used in agricultural machinery, especially in lawn mowers.
The most common size for brush cutter is 8mm carbon steel flexible shaft and 9mm high torque flexible shaft.

Features: Can store lubricants and prevent dirt intrusion. In the work, the hose also plays a supporting role, making the flexible shaft easy to operate.
The flexible rubber hose used in the brush cutter assembly is mainly made of nitrile rubber. It is wear resistance,anti-aging ,and in line with ROHS, REACH and other European and American environmental standards. There is strict control of each process during production.Products will be transferred after full inspection.
Flexible shaft joint:
Function: To connect the power output shaft and working parts.
Connection mode: including fixed type and sliding type two. The fixed type is mostly used for occasions where the flexible shaft is short or the bending radius changes little in the work. When the bending radius of the flexible shaft is changed greatly, the sliding type is used to allow the flexible shaft to move within the hose to compensate for the length change when the hose is bent.
